Him. In just about every case, you can get a significantly better quality product (both in terms of efficacy and quality) for significantly less money than GNC's house brand trash.
I tried a "free sample" of their superpump knockoff. I drank it, did a few sets of squats, threw up in a trash can, and resumed my workout. I followed their instructions to the letter.
