Now if "Camaro" was trademarked by GM (I have no Idea if it is) and OP used it to infringe than yea he would get the short end of the stick. Let's say he wanted to name his fries "apple" fries. Would he get sued by Apple for using the word "apple" in his menu, unlikely. What if he put their trademark next to the name of fries (the apple logo). He would no doubt get sued by Apple. Trademarks are not the same as copyrights. Although in that case it sure seemed like they were.
If anyone is interested enough I can ask an Intellectual Property Lawyer about this. But I doubt anyone cares enough.
