Nope, bight headlights do not mean the battery is good. I wrestled with a bad battery that was holding 12.6 volts in an old 4Runner. All the power accessories worked, the headlights were bright but it wouldn't even crank over a 4 cyl. I thought it was the starter and replaced that, nope. New battery cables, nope. I finally pulled a battery out of the basement that was in my 69 Camaro, put a fresh charge on it and it started right up! These problems can seem obvious but you don't want to waste too much money replacing parts that are perfectly fine. Try topping off the battery or see if you can borrow a battery from another vehicle. Then start checking the cables and starter/solenoid.
