not 100% true, if they have a shrink wrapper, an employee can unrap it, steal the game, and shrink wrap it back up without anyone ever knowing. i work at a gamestop (unfortunately lol, but if you ever want to go to a gamestop with normal people, that really dont play video games, gamestop in the roxbury mall is the place to go
), and i have never seen a new game come in from shipment and not have a disc in it
sucks man, but they have to exchange it for you
