While the words that he typed are ok, and maybe if you plug them into online dictionary they might come out to something sensible in English, it is not grammatically correct. Actually he needs to use different words. If I said: Me hungry, let's go restaurant. You're are likely to understand what I just said, but you would get an "F" for that kinda "essay" in an English class.
