Do you need to keep it emissions-legal? If the CCC carb is working fine, there's no reason to get rid of it. They flow around 750cfm, which is plenty for a 350. Just keep the stock carb and distributor, and swap in your crate motor underneath with a good intake manifold. Done deal.
