Agreed. I installed a Trans-Go kit in my old Iroc and it was one of the best things for the dollar I did to the car.

One thing I found after taking the pan off and getting into the valve body was that a few springs had already been snapped in half (accumulator pump spring I think was one of them). Cottman transmission hooked me up with new ones though so that was cool, but put a stop to my work, making it a 2 day job.

My on setting the "firmness" of the shifts:

Stage 2 shifts hit decently hard for the street. If this is a street driven car, I'd say you'd be happy with that. I don't think I would have liked stage 3.
