I hope that the GM engineers are looking at ways to gut about 200lbs from the car. Not to mention, help lower its center of gravity. The car has very little body roll, or so the reports say, but I think its sedan chassis gives it a higher center then compared to a Mustang who already has a 250lbs advantage.
Retune the exhaust, braking system, lower it a bit more with more aggressive spring rates, etc etc etc, bump the power another 20-30hp, and you have your Z28.
