Every car seems to be different, but when going to re-install your rear wheels check the clearance of the rubber to the inner fender, and also check to make sure the bump stops aren't hitting. If the tire rubs on the inner fender a little massaging with a BFH will do the tricks. Sometimes you'll also need to look into having your rear fender lip rolled to give some added clearance in wheel travel so it doesn't chew up the tire.
