Power member are those who are of a paid membership.
To become a Power Member, go into your User CP (button on the task bar at the top), scroll down about half way and you will see one of the catagories on the left hand side says "Miscellaneous", under that heading click on "Paid Subscriptions". It will bring you to a screen with instructions and a brief description of each level. Click on whichever choice is appropriate for you and it will automatically set you up as soon as the PayPal goes through.
