, Boost or pressure is a measure of resistance and depends on the CFM of any given supercharger or turbo. The same blower on one motor with the same exact pulley will have a different amount of PSI if put on a different motor so there is no basic rule of thumb when it comes to boost, it is a calculation based on the resistance of the heads, intake and so on and the prior power of the motor.
