Jim as for cleaning up, it shouldnt be that bad, maybe just like 2 hours to get everything in shape, but i wont refuse any assistance.

If some people wanna come earlier like 3pm or so, to just chill, bbq, drink(early start), thats would all be fine too. i'll be drinking starting at like noon, just to get an idea...
