WHEN NEEDED. Personally I think they're really just testing everyone's patience. They have NO allies in this situation right now. Russia and China kinda was their allies have both condemned their actions and Russia has flat out said any missiles fly over there air space and they will shot it down and they will view it as an act of aggression. For the first time in a long time we actually have respect from our allies and the rest of the world. If we decide to be cowboys again you can throw that away. It's not what we need. Especially when it comes to sending more troops and spending more money. We need to use our heads this time.
