I did not see this before...

QUICK UPDATE: After working on the car tonite, taking off the old headers gaskets, i was under the car from some reason and i was looking at the frame, and from where the lift point is in the front next to the pinchwelds on the passenger and driver side, it has thick red bars going all the way to the rear, i didnt look that much into it, im thinking its frame reinforcement to keep the frame from twisting. I was looking at the shocks and springs, the shocks are fine, but the springs look brand new, they are thick lowering springs, and the suspension is stiff as all hell
