and if you want to go cheap... just spray WD-40... works just as well as any other adhesive remover.
1. Spray WD-40 directly on the residue if possible
2. Let sit for about 5 to 10 minutes
3. Yank the velcro / wipe off with a cloth.
4. If some residue remains, repeat.
5. Clean with a damp cloth; buff dry
