Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close.

not sure what the hell happened some stupid ass site downloaded a security update program that was hell trying to get rid of but I was finally able to get it off. now i get this stupid error message and can't get rid of it. Not to mention my i use separate users for work and personal and the one account can't access the internet at all.

Any suggestions.
