they're rattle canned with duplicolor high performance wheel coating. stuff is supposed to be pretty tough. 3 wheels look good, 1 has lots of drips/runs/low spots and sanding marks. i'll inlcude a can of the paint if you wanna redo it.
tires are toyo proxes t1-s's. almost at the wear bars, with a little cracking along the outside edges. still usable. the tire pictured is the worst of the 4.
