For me it was easy, did everything from my laptop and copier. I didn't waste time trying to get a letter from a car-club or even GM. All I did was take my Camaro white book and copy the 98 Camaro facts page with all the breakdowns of how many were built in total and highlight that only 3025 Camaro SS were built out of 54,026 total Camaros built in 98. That showed them it was a limited build model. I then made a copy of a old PM I had from LS1tech from Dave Hamburger(SLP) That showed my Vin# and the SLP build # on it and highlighted them. I made copy of my Collectors car insurance Declarations page. Took 4 pics of all the cars sides. Downloaded the form from the NJ MVC. Filled everything out and sent it. Got back the letter from them O.K.ing it and went to the MVC to get my voucher and renew my registration at the same time. Then I went to the inspection, who only asked me the mileage on it and to go around the block and put 1 mile on it. I came back, he asked me the mileage again, I told him 1 more mile and thats it. Put sticker on it and left. He never came inside my car to even look at the mileage himself. If I would of known it was that easy years ago I would of done it a long time ago.
