I picked up a different e-cutout as the one I had before had a bad "relay" I would call it.
I only have the motor left for sale included with it is about 8ft of wire.
The motor works great connect red to power green to ground and it opens and reverse it to green to power and red to ground and it closes I am sure there are some switches out there that have the relay in it.
