I feel sorry for you to have to swallow all the bulls**t people throw at employees behind a counter. Having worked in management at SEARS (left several months ago) it seems like the entire day is doing nothing but dealing with customer complaints and having to kiss their ass

and even if you know their wrong and disagree with them, then GOD FORBID you have to give them the dreaded SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE 800 NUMBER. You finally started to learn it was easier to give them what they wanted in the store, because once they called in their problem, the home office told you to give it to them anyway. By the time you get home from dealing with this CRAP all day long, all you want to do is sit down and be left alone for about several hours until your blood pressure comes down. Then you realize you have to do it all OVER AGAIN the next day, and you start to HATE to put the key in the door and wait for the next bunch of LOONS to come in!!
