He has done it 3 years in a row now. The team is there, there is no leader. Thats the difference between the current Cowboys, and superteam in the 90's.
Funny thing is A-Rod has actually been pretty clutch this season But let's see what he does in the playoffs. A-Rod actually played big in the Minnesota series in '04, but since then hasn't done much during the postseason. I think now that we have Tex, it has taken some of the spotlight off of A-Rod to not be the superstar of the team. He seems more relaxed this year than any other season with the Yankees I have seen him.

As for Dallas, I wonder what guys like Aikman and Staubach think of Romo. Honestly, if Dallas had a solid QB who didn't lose his cool when the game's on the line, they would be unstoppable. Romo is what's holding that team back.
