i <3 rockauto + fedex

so yesterday i went to order new wiper blades for my car and i went to rockauto because i knew they were very reasonable priced (considering the dealership charged me about $15 each) because for some reason our wiper blades are "Specialty" items. I got them for $8 each and shipped for about $24 (last time i got them at the dealership i paid around $30-35). so long story short... i put the order through and after i checked out i received the confirmation email (i didnt check my email until a couple hours later)and realized that i forgot to put my apartment number on the order form. so in a panic i emailed rockauto support... they got back to me pretty quickly but told me that they had already shipped it and there was nothing they could do about the error and that i can try and contact fedex. i was planning on the package a few days to get here so i planned on calling today to see if fedex could fix it... but they beat me to it.. i got a call from fedex at 730am asking me for my apartment number and said it will be delivered in a few hours... so even with me messing up the address they shipped it to me in less than 24 hours and for cheaper than it would have been at a dealer
