Didn't phrase it correctly, by breaking the law I meant a moving violation. I don't really take parking tickets seriously. Hell, I got one for parking in front of my house
But yea, if a newb runs a red light, speeds, runs a stop sign or any other moving violation - 1 year suspension mandatory. I think it would cut down on the stupidity.
