The car seems like its in decent shape, the paint is rough like you said, interior is fairly clean but needs some work. The car does have a couple neat features like the fiberglass hood (I didnt know about those until now) and the rear wiper. I think if the car had no other issues besides the paint, it would be a fair trade. If there is anything mechanically wrong with it, I don't think it would be so fair. You could have a real nice driver with a bit of body work and paint as opposed to a car in need of total restoration
