I thought i'd be ok for a little so I took the gamble and lost. at this point i'm just gonna check the condition of the heads, cam and oil pump and start moving part over to the 4 bolt. getting a stroker kit, same cam, heads and a better distributor as I want to spin it to 6500-7000rpm. getting a 750 holley and the same single plane intake.
like a stronger(010/020) 4 bolt block and stroker?

If you scattered a lot of metal in the motor I'd trash the cam and oil pump. Replacements are not that expensive.
