Anyone here work for them or knows someone who does?

... i need to rent a car in a few weeks. I know the date and approximate time, but id need them to pick me up since ill have no way to get to location. I know they offer that, but my problem is i need to know if theyd hold the car and if so how long, if i cant make it at that pre-planned date and time. Since i will just be returning to the states, a lot depends on weather and other last minute things(Army is all about last minute...) Like if i arrange it for a tuesday, and i get back wed or thursday, is the reservation still valid in any way?

i tried their website, but it wont load for me over here, just keeps coming up with the error message that the connection was reset.
