upgraded impeller
upgraded bearings
head unit was originally a powerdyne unit, then installed the XB1A version (internal gear drive like vortechs/procharger.)head unit that was $2400 just for that.
good for 18psi of boost
paid $500 for upgraded impeller & $230 for bearings
original cost of setup before upgrades was $4695.00
with a set of stock ported ls1 heads and MS3 cam made 568hp & 530tq on the dyno
no problems just going for the 1000hp mark.
just got my new lsx block w/l92 heads and lsxr102mm intake on the way.
also have a nice lq9 shortblock for sale. (25k on it)
