i respect that a lot. i was in a similar situation this past summer....the housing association raised fees and to make a long story short i decided to sell the t/a, pay off the bills, buy out of the lease early which makes it easier to move into the new house thats cheaper by over 1k a month

toys come and go.....doing things you dont like is all a part of being responsible. theres more time for toys and theyre only getting cheaper
