i hate the new year resolution crap. this whole week the gym has been way to crowded with all the people who say they want to lose a few pounds after the holidays. most of them are a bunch of dorks who try to lift alot then hurt themselves and it's just a mess. lucky it only lasts about 2 weeks then most give up.
