Can't talk yourself out of a ticket but you certiantly can talk yourself into one. I've been pulled over like 5 times no tickets tho
suprisingly. Just be polite yes sir no sir ect be honest and straight forward with them that's what I've always done. Got me out of an 83 and accelrating in a 50 ticket.
