I'd take more into account than the type of top it has on it, for one thing.

That aside, if they were in the same condition.....*points to sig*

Unless you're going to have a biased race car where weight and rigidity really matters, I would go convertible.

The 95 is still on it's original top, not a single leak, ever. Can't say the same for our old t-top'd 92 Formula back when it was only 6 years old. Treat the top once in a while, and you're set. Top down cruising is unlike any other, whether or not you're trying to pick up chicks. T-tops are just convertible wannabes but don't have the balls to fully get one

Any other specific questions about convertibles you have, fire away. Also important to note...if you forget to latch a t-top it flies off and goes bye bye, possibly hitting your car or other cars. Convertibles don't have this issue, it simply goes back where it belongs if you don't latch it
