common sense would have been the gov. monitorin the $ spent and to what it went to.

When the current administration stepped in, they put limits and restrictions.
But many Americans are up in arms that the goverment shouldnt meddle with the new success of the banks with restrictions and fees because thats not the American way.
Damed if you do, damed if you dont.
