The LPP y-pipe is almost the same as the Pacesetter y-pipe. The slightly flattened section is not going to cost any power unless you're way up there in excess of 6-700+ hp. The Kooks y-pipe is actaully ovalled and somewhat flattened as well. The TSP isn't flattened, but the way the build it is pretty crappy with somewhat abruupt bends and sections welded together. I have the TSP with cats on my car and I would not recommend it. I'd go with the LPP or a custom y-pipe. Did you check Stainless Works or American Racing Headers?
