Watch that you dont break the knock sensor harness connectors, they're brittle. You may just want to go and order a new knock harness. While your in there, check to make sure the knock sensor oil seals aren't leaking. If they are, they could be giving you false knock.

Also pay attention to you oil pressure sensor durning removal and installation of the intake, the brake booster hose will catch it and break it if your not paying attention to it.

When removing the intake, its 10 times easier if you just leave the fuel rail on the intake and disconnect the fuel line. By taking the fuel rail off and leaving it connected to the fuel line, you run the risk of ripping an injector o-ring. You'd be making for more work for your self.
