Agree 100%.Even after being involved in a few accidents(none of which were my fault).Been driving for almost 30 years now and never really wore a seatbelt.I will only wear it now when I go outside of PA and it comes right off once I get back across the state line.Got nailed twice in NJ and I refuse to let it happen again.Its a BS Law and should be optional like its been since the inception of seat belts....So glad its a secondary in PA.
