If you take three scoops its three grams of creatine, and its also good at cutting. Def helps build size and cheaps me cut at least. Sorta. I eat pretty lousy...

Yeah, stuff didn't do much of anything except raise my HR. Would have been fine to stay cut and get a good workout but not to build power in my case.
