Not really, but I stumbled on it a while back when I was searching for wheels for my last car and I forgot to post this up. Definately made my day.
As if it's not funny enough they have a forum dedicated to one of the ugliest hunks of disposable crap on the planet...I read the 1 thread that the great google pointed me to.
These guys are going back and forth on a multiple page thread about buying wheels...to make the car get BETTER gas mileage. I mean they're getting downright
technical about the subject as far as diameters, weights, types of tires and the like. Not saying their logic is entirely wrong but spending $500-1000 on a set of wheels because they get me an extra .43 mpg...well...just...no.
What will that save you $100 over the life of the car?
See people...don't buy a prius. This is what happens when you have a forum made up of 43yr old star trek loving, tree hugging, hippies who live in their parents' basement.
