You can fit 275's in the rear with no problem. I have 17"x9.5" wheels with 275's on the rear of my 68 and have no rubbing issues at all. The fronts will take up to a 235 on a 8" wheel with no rubbing issues. It's when you move up to the 18" wheeels that you need to look into the sizes a little more closely. I tried 18" wheels and had rubbing issues so I went back to the 17" just for piece of mind. Remember that the back spacing is the key to making these wheels and tires work on the 1st gen camaros. Get it right and they fit like a glove, get it wrong and you'll be buying new wheels!
