A "custom grind" is nothing more then telling the manufacture what you want ground. They have all the various lobes already or can make changes during the milling/grinding, it just not something that is commonly produced so it doesn't have a part number. They aren't really designing something brand new from scratch.
You can get any cam specs you want.
