Not everything is in procedures! Some People who do this find it easier to drop the tranny a little to get the tq arm bracket apart! Thats what I did with both my V6 and my WS6. I would rather take the 5 mins to drop the Crossmember then sit there and struggle for an hour to get the bracket apart!
