Where did I say ANYTHING about OSD oil solely staying in America? You're making an ASSumption.

I made it a point to say we'll never become energy independent and that we're slaves to Arab oil....how is that even remotely close to saying or ASSuming that OSD oil would stay in America?

But, in theory more oil in the market the less the price per barrel is, thus IN THEORY slightly lower fuel costs(again, in theory), hence me saying it might help long term(again, no mention of the oil staying here, lol). Even if we started drilling today we wouldn't see any substantial oil increase in the market for 3-5 years. It's a global market, however SOME of the oil would stay here which "might" help. You're grasping at straws, as usual.
