and btw, HIDs do not draw more than a regular bulb. less actually. Thats why HIDs have an ignitor and ballast, to take the regular 12v and convert it to hid requirements which i think is like 25k volts to ignite and 10-15k to sustain the burning gas.... but as for burning out the ignitors, a constant on off could affect them over time.


and..lol... i do believe there is a way to set your keyless entry to NOT flash any of the exterior lights and not sound the horn. instructions for that should be in the owners manual.

Yes they do draw less overall power however the starting requires quite a bit of current which over time can deteriorate the stock wiring.

You sound pretty dead set on getting these however the stock housings are going to cause a lot of glare with a HID lamp thrown into them. Sure you will get a nice color but output is going to be scattered. A lot of people do it so just offering my $0.02.
