trust me from experience the hooker is more than adequate for your vehicle. my trans am had true duals on it and i ended up replacing them and the 30000000 lbs worth of piping for a 3'' exhaust system with a hooker catback. it was plenty. a gasket shouldnt cost you 150 bucks to fix. if you have any wrenching abilities you can fix it really cheap. get yourself a roll of gasket paper from an auto parts store and you'll be set
