So have a big heap of car sitting in my driveway, wait for that to be sold off or sent to the scrap heap, then do the motor swap.

Its amazing that I dont have a truck.
Nor a place to put a truck, if I had a truck, to tear down a car that fast and develop a pile of parts to then put in said truck.
Its amazing how fast you have gotten rid of that LS1 car. Coming in on half a decade.
Unless you find a screaming deal on a LS1 car that doesnt have a 1/4 million miles on it, then I suggest you start looking for LS1 pull outs. Cheaper and with much less mess then having a heap of **** 4th gen lying around as you try to sell the parts off.
