as the situation stands right now... they'll give me 1600 for the bimmer and i can give it to the junk yard for 300 ... but they still havent told us if i was at any partial fault... which i shouldnt be and the police report actually says "the driver of vehilcle 1 is clearly at fault"
but hey we all know my luck by now...
