Sam any tuner using hptuners should be able to read/write/edit the file currently in your pcm.
If your tuner is using EFILive/LS1edit/Tunercat they won't be able to read/write the pcm simply because it has a custom operating system in it(which for proprietary reasons hptuners automatically places a "osmod lock" on the pcm).
In any event im back from the SEMA show and will be around all next week if you want me to throw YOUR stock operating system(same tune, just not a custom os ie no real time tuning, etc applied), takes about 2 minutes to do.
