Leave the intake stock, no need to waste money, you're not going to see any gains until you really need the air flow.
Cold air intake, 52MM throttle body, air foil (if not built into TB) will all gain a few HPs. Headers will help allot. look at something like MACs or Edelbrock, they work well and stay leagal.
