Headers are a bit tuff, but doing shorties/legal headers are far easier, and if the have the engine out, it's a perfect time.
The aif foil is a little air splitter that smooths the airflow into the engine. Some aftermarket Tbs have them, some don't.
I personally don't car for the loudmouth, but I don't like extreemly loud. I like more of the mellow sounding systems, Hooker aero is nice.
