Hey Larry the numbers on the carb are 7043266 2907, I talked to Cliff and he said it is a great carb but needs some help to match the engine.
This is the second carb on the motor it was swapped out from the first one and the guy who built it for me is no longer around so I can't ask him but I am fairly sure it is a stock rebuild.
I don't know if the distributor was curved properly or not, and I don't want to give it a shot since I have never done that before.
The flow numbers are; Intake at .600 lift 261 CFM@28" and the exhaust at .600 lift is 192 cfm@28"
I don't know why it changed when they did the header gaskets but I have to believe they may have advanced the timing since before I brought it in it was 8 degrees advanced. I was thinking of moving to a Holley double pumper since cliff has an 8 month waiting list.
