liability = what you pay for damage you cause to others - not your own car/injuries
Carrying anything less than 100/300 in this day and age is foolish IMO.

In ref to the bolded portion, there is no "possibly" about it. Guess who's insurance footed the bill for my motorcycle accident? Hint... It wasn't the 17yo's policy.
